METRO’s July Fourth Holiday Schedule

In observance of Independence Day (July 4th), METRO will operate on the following schedule:
 
Buses and METRORail will run on a regular schedule on Thursday, July 3, and a Sunday schedule on Friday, July 4, 2008.
 
There will be no Park & Ride service on July 4.
 
All HOV lanes will be open - operating inbound from 5 - 11 a.m. and outbound from 2 - 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 3.  On Friday, July 4, all HOV lanes will be closed except the Katy HOV lane which will open outbound from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.    
 
METROLift’s Reservations and Customer Service offices will be closed Friday, July 4. If you need to ride Saturday, July 5, Sunday, July 6 or Monday, July 7, you must schedule a trip by calling reservations at 713-225-6716 between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Thursday, July 3 or by using MACS (METROLift Automated Call System) between 5 a.m. – 5 p.m. the day before you need to travel.
 
All METRO RideStores and Lost & Found will be closed on Friday, July 4.
 
METRO’s Customer Information Center will be open Friday, July 4, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and can be contacted through METROLine at 713-635-4000 or 713-635-6993 (TDD).
